Our Consulting Rooms
Isle of Wight - Wootton Bridge
At our island premises, we have two consulting rooms suitable for individual or couples sessions, as well as our own private outdoor green space, which we have called 'The Garden'.
West Sussex - Worthing
At our Worthing premises, known as Stepping Stones Wellbeing Hub, we have three consulting rooms available. Two are suitable for either individual or couples sessions, and one is suitable for individual sessions only. In addition, we have a large upstairs area which we are currently adapting for use as a group room.
Online services
We accept online referrals, and are highly skilled at providing a range of sessions online including trauma treatments. We use highly secure platforms for online sessions, and additionally agree a back up mode of contact at the beginning of each session, in case of any issues with connection, to avoid loss of session time from glitches!
Stepping Stones Wellbeing Hub - Worthing
Three consulting rooms, all individual spaces
Our premises in Worthing is situated a stones through from Worthing station and on major bus routes, and is a popular, well loved base for our thriving Wellbeing Hub.
Our rooms are individually arranged / themed and set up to meet a range of client needs; from children to couples; traumatised clients to those who benefit from creative techniques - each room provides a warm, tranquil environment for clients to receive a range of treatments in.
Clients are able to take a seat and get ready for sessions in our downstairs waiting area; complete with bubble lamp and gentle tunes from the radio to aid a sense of calm and reduce any sounds from sessions taking place upstairs.
A toilet is available for all to use by both room users and visiting clients.
For room users, there is an additional 'snug' area where tea and coffee is provided as well as a space to eat lunch, write notes or just to enjoy the company of other professionals who are working at the same time.
We take real pride in our wellbeing hub and are keen to bring like minded wellbeing professionals to visit, and book the use of, our rooms. Our overarching aim is to provide a wellbeing hub where a range of qualified, highly skilled and ethically sound professionals are available for members of the public in our local community to book sessions with.
